first technology china ltd（ftcl）was originally formed by the integration pcba and smc business units of schmidt electronics group limited that has been conducting business in china electronic industry for over 20 years.in april 2006, ftcl spun off as an independent company. the rinciple business of ftcl do not change but continue to focus on the technical and sourcing businesses relating to high-end pcba and smc industry.in jan,2007, first technology china limited was 100% acquired by sojitz corporation. sojitz corporation is a sogo shosha(general trading company)created through the merger of nichimen corporation and nissho iwai corporation, both of which have over a century of trading business history.sojitz conducts its operations in around 50 contries worldwide through roughly 500 consolidated subsidiaries and affiliated companies in japan and overseas.the ftcl group has its headquarters based in hongkong and 5 offices in china(including hk),taiwan etc to provide sourcing and technical services to customers by its aggressive sales and marketing team and knowledgeable technical and engineering team. we also have 3 demo centersand training offices(dongguan, sahnghai puxi, pudong)
