Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd is one of the largest container-shipping companies in the world. Zim offers transportation services along most of the major international trading routes to customers throughout the world. From its corporate headquarters in Haifa, it operates an inter-modal system, which combines sea, land, and air transportation, enabling the Company to provide fast, reliable, frequent, and complete door-to-door services around the world. Zim operates more than 80 vessels, mostly container vessels （of all types）. Of these, 28 vessels are fully or partly owned by the company, and the remainders are chartered.Thirteen new 4,900 TEU Panamax vessels from Hyundai Shipyards are being integrated into Zim’s container fleet before the end of 2004. Zim is now in the middle of a comprehensive program, aimed at acquiring more ships to enhance its fleet.

Container ships: Twenty-six container ships, including five 3,351 TEUs, eight 3,834 TEUs and five 4,992 TEU vessel. Bulk carrier: One coal carrier of  DWT.Multipurpose and cargo ships: One multipurpose ship capable of carrying bulk, break bulk, containers.
