Formation of the company Küng, Sigg & Cie in the Swiss city of Biel/Bienne.
1917
Relocation to Frauenfeld in eastern Switzerland and change of entity to SIGG AG aluminum goods factory.
1980
Production of the first plain colored water bottles.
1992
First collection with multicolored designs; launch of our unique Kids' Bottle Top.
1993
SIGG bottle included in the permanent collection at the New York Museum of Modern Art (MoMA)
