职位描述：

1.	岗位概述Position Summary
协助生产主管负责当班次生产现场的全面管理，以安全生产为首要原则，执行生产计划，监控人、机、料、法、环各环节，确保当班生产目标达成，并及时处理异常，保障生产安全、稳定、连续运行。Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing overall shopfloor operations during the assigned shift, with safety as the top priority; execute production plans, monitor manpower, machines, materials, methods, and environment, ensure shift targets are met, and handle abnormalities promptly to maintain safe, stable, and continuous production.

2.	日常工作职责Day to Day Responsibility
2.1	班次目标达成Shift Target Achievement: 
根据日计划安排当班生产任务，实时监控产出进度，动态调整资源，确保当班产量、质量指标完成。Arrange shift production tasks based on daily plans, monitor output progress in real time, dynamically adjust resources, and ensure the completion of shift output and quality indicators.
2.2 异常快速响应Abnormality Quick Response: 监控产出、停机、报废及质量表现，与设备、质量、仓储等团队协作，快速解决现场问题，并及时升级异常情况. Monitor output, downtime, scrap, and quality performance, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to promptly resolve on-site issues and escalate abnormalities as needed.
2.3 现场5S管理On-site 5S Management: 开展并监督当班 5S 检查，确保符合安全、健康与环境相关要求。Carry out and oversee shift 5S inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements.
2.4 基层管理赋能Frontline Management Empowerment: 支持培训、技能认证及多能工培养，负责组长的日常辅导和技能培训，提升组长现场管理能力。Support training, skill certification, and multi-skilling development, and provide daily coaching and skills training for line leaders to strengthen their on-site management capabilities.
2.5 报表与记录Reports and Records: 审核当班生产报表、工时记录及异常报告，确保数据真实、准确、及时。Review shift production reports, working hour records, and abnormality reports to ensure data is authentic, accurate, and timely.
2.6 交接班管理Shift Handover Management: 严格执行交接班制度，确保生产进度、异常事项、物料状态等信息准确传递，无断档、无遗漏。Strictly implement the shift handover system to ensure accurate transmission of information such as production progress, abnormal items, and material status without gaps or omissions.
2.7 改善项目推进Kaizen Project Promotion: 推动精益改善项目落地实施，跟踪进度与效果，协调资源解决推进过程中的问题，确保改善目标达成。Drive implementation of Kaizen projects, track progress and results, coordinate resources to resolve issues, and ensure targets are achieved.
2.8 其它任务Other Tasks: 完成上级安排的其他工作Other tasks arranged by the supervisor

3.	任职要求Qualifications
3.1 学历专业Education: 大专及以上学历；条件优秀者，学历要求可适当放宽。Diploma or above; academic requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.
3.2 工作经验Working Experience: 3年以上制造业装配线带班经验。Minimum 3 years of assembly line supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry.
3.3 专业技能Professional Skills: 
*掌握现场管理工具（5S、目视化、标准化作业）5S, visual management, and standardized work;
* 具备基础精益知识及异常分析与问题解决能力。Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing with strong problem-solving skills.
3.4 能力或认证Competencies or Certification: 
* 熟悉办公软件和良好的数据分析能力。Proficient in office software with strong data analysis skills.
* 具备基础英语能力者优先考虑Basic English capability is preferred.

2.	日常工作职责Day to Day Responsibility
2.1	区域生产执行Area Production Execution
统筹管辖区域内多条产线的生产安排，监控各线进度与平衡，协助轮班主管进行资源调配。Coordinate production arrangements for multiple lines in the managed area, monitor the progress and balance of each line, and assist the shift leader in resource allocation.
2.2	异常快速响应Abnormality Quick Response
发现设备故障、缺料、质量波动等异常，立即按流程上报并协助处理，记录停机时间。Immediately report and assist in handling abnormalities such as equipment failure, material shortage, and quality fluctuations according to procedures, and record downtime.
2.3	物料与设备协调Material and Equipment Coordination
监控区域物料消耗与在制品库存，协调设备维护计划，减少非计划停机。Monitor regional material consumption and WIP inventory, coordinate equipment maintenance plans, and reduce unplanned downtime
2.4	现场5S管理On-site 5S Management
开展当班5S巡查，快速整改不符合项，确保责任区域符合5S要求并持续改善。Conduct shift 5S inspections, promptly correct nonconformities, and ensure the assigned area complies with 5S requirements and continuously improves.
2.5	标准作业监督Standard Operation Supervision
巡查现场作业规范性，确保 SOP 严格执行，纠正违章作业，指导组长解决技术难题。Inspect on-site operation standards, ensure strict implementation of SOPs, correct rule-breaking operations, and coach line leaders in solving technical problems
2.6	报表与记录Reports and Records
负责当班生产报表、工时记录及异常报告，确保数据真实、准确、及时。Review shift production reports, working hour records, and abnormality reports to ensure data is authentic, accurate, and timely.
2.7	新员工带教New Employee Training
制定区域新员工培训计划，落实师带徒机制，确保上岗合格率。Formulate training plans for new employees in the area, implement the mentorship mechanism, and ensure qualification rates before taking posts.
2.8	改善项目推进Kaizen Project Promotion
主导或参与区域内的 QCC、精益改善活动，收集改善提案，跟踪实施效果。Lead or participate in regional QCC and lean improvement activities, collect improvement proposals, and track implementation effectiveness.
2.9	其它任务Other Tasks

根据当班生产任务及员工技能矩阵，合理安排工位人员，确保产线平衡与满负荷运行。Reasonably arrange station personnel based on shift production tasks and employee skill matrices to ensure line balance and full utilization.
2.2 异常快速响应Abnormality Quick Response
发现设备故障、缺料、质量波动等异常，立即按流程上报并协助处理，记录停机时间。Immediately report and assist in handling abnormalities such as equipment failure, material shortage, and quality fluctuations according to procedures, and record downtime.
2.3 考勤与纪律Attendance and Discipline 
记录员工出勤、工时及违纪情况，关心员工状态，及时反馈团队问题。Record employee attendance, working hours, and disciplinary violations, care about employee conditions, and provide timely feedback on team issues.
2.4 质量首检与巡检Quality *** Inspection and Patrol
执行首件确认，定时巡检关键质量控制点，发现不良立即整改，防止批量不良。Conduct ***-piece confirmation and periodically inspect key quality control points; immediately stop the line for rectification when defects are found to prevent batch defects.
2.5 现场5S管理 On-site 5S Management
开展当班5S巡查，快速整改不符合项，确保责任区域符合5S要求并持续改善。Conduct shift 5S inspections, promptly correct nonconformities, and ensure the assigned area complies with 5S requirements and continuously improves.
2.6 作业指导与确认Operation Guidance and Confirmation
开班前确认人员状态、设备参数、物料齐套；生产中巡视作业手法，确保员工按 SOP 操作。Confirm personnel status, equipment parameters, and material readiness before the shift starts; patrol operation techniques during production to ensure employees operate according to SOPs.

3.	任职要求Qualifications
3.1 学历专业Education: 高中、中专及以上学历Senior high school / technical secondary school or above.
3.2 工作经验Working Experience: 2年以上制造业装配线带班经验。Minimum 2 years of assembly line supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry.
3.3 专业技能Professional Skills: 
具备现场问题诊断与改善能力，了解精益生产基础知识及 IE 相关知识。Strong ability to diagnose and improve on-site issues, with basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and Industrial Engineering (IE).
