1.	岗位概述Position Summary
协助轮班主管管理特定生产区域或产线群组，以安全生产为首要原则，负责技术指导、标准作业监督及基层组长管理，确保标准落实并推动现场持续改善。Assist the Shift leader in managing a designated production area or line group, with safety as the top priority; provide technical guidance, supervise standardized work and front-line team leaders, and ensure standard execution and continuous improvement on the shopfloor.

2.	日常工作职责Day to Day Responsibility
2.1	区域生产执行Area Production Execution
统筹管辖区域内多条产线的生产安排，监控各线进度与平衡，协助轮班主管进行资源调配。Coordinate production arrangements for multiple lines in the managed area, monitor the progress and balance of each line, and assist the shift leader in resource allocation.
2.2	异常快速响应Abnormality Quick Response
发现设备故障、缺料、质量波动等异常，立即按流程上报并协助处理，记录停机时间。Immediately report and assist in handling abnormalities such as equipment failure, material shortage, and quality fluctuations according to procedures, and record downtime.
2.3	物料与设备协调Material and Equipment Coordination
监控区域物料消耗与在制品库存，协调设备维护计划，减少非计划停机。Monitor regional material consumption and WIP inventory, coordinate equipment maintenance plans, and reduce unplanned downtime
2.4	现场5S管理On-site 5S Management
开展当班5S巡查，快速整改不符合项，确保责任区域符合5S要求并持续改善。Conduct shift 5S inspections, promptly correct nonconformities, and ensure the assigned area complies with 5S requirements and continuously improves.
2.5	标准作业监督Standard Operation Supervision
巡查现场作业规范性，确保 SOP 严格执行，纠正违章作业，指导组长解决技术难题。Inspect on-site operation standards, ensure strict implementation of SOPs, correct rule-breaking operations, and coach line leaders in solving technical problems
2.6	报表与记录Reports and Records
负责当班生产报表、工时记录及异常报告，确保数据真实、准确、及时。Review shift production reports, working hour records, and abnormality reports to ensure data is authentic, accurate, and timely.
2.7	新员工带教New Employee Training
制定区域新员工培训计划，落实师带徒机制，确保上岗合格率。Formulate training plans for new employees in the area, implement the mentorship mechanism, and ensure qualification rates before taking posts.
2.8	改善项目推进Kaizen Project Promotion
主导或参与区域内的 QCC、精益改善活动，收集改善提案，跟踪实施效果。Lead or participate in regional QCC and lean improvement activities, collect improvement proposals, and track implementation effectiveness.
2.9	其它任务Other Tasks 
完成上级安排的其他工作Other tasks arranged by the supervisor

3.	任职要求Qualifications
3.1 学历专业Education: 大专及以上学历；条件优秀者，学历要求可适当放宽。Diploma or above; academic requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.
3.2 工作经验Working Experience: 3年以上制造业装配线带班经验。Minimum 3 years of assembly line supervisory experience in the manufacturing industry.
3.3 专业技能Professional Skills: 
具备现场问题诊断与改善能力，了解精益生产基础知识及 IE 相关知识。Strong ability to diagnose and improve on-site issues, with basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and Industrial Engineering (IE).
3.4 能力或认证Competencies or Certification: 
* 熟悉办公软件和良好的数据分析能力。Proficient in office software with strong data analysis skills.
* 具备基础英语能力者优先考虑Basic English capability is preferred.
3.4 具备良好的团队影响力，善于沟通与辅导，抗压能力强，能适应白夜班轮班工作。Strong team influence, with good communication and coaching skills, strong ability to work under pressure, and willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
