佛山中亚世国贸易发展有限公司是嘉华集团下属2009年新成立的股份制公司，负责新的家具材料贸易项目的运作和后续的海外工贸拓展及国内工贸拓展，目前已参股多家棕垫生产企业，逐步形成海外家具原材料生产、进口、贸易、棕垫生产的完整产业链。                                                                       Sino-Asia Shiguo Imp&Exp Trade International Industry and Trade Developing Co.Ltd is a newly established joint venture(2009) belonging to Jiahua Group Co,Ltd, whose equity shares with furniture material factories. It is responsible for operating new projects of furniture materials and afterwards overseas and domestic developing of industry and trade. Presently, quite a number of furniture material manufactures has got involved in and gradually a complete industry chain .
