Responsibilities:
1. Manage product audit team day to day work such as V.C FGS (Finished Goods), Sub-assembly Part, Spare part etc. audit in Miele DG.
2. Feedback quality failure to assembly line, drive them to improve.
3. Carry out periodic process audit to assembly line and follow up their improvement actions.
4. Prepare and implement training plan to promote quality awareness and ability in the product audit section.
5. Collect customer complain quality data, statistics and analyze, to solve quality issue with effective action plan.
6. According to Miele Core process X process, to handle Field Analysis and feedback the result to related department.
7. Maintain and update test plan of FGS(Finished Goods)、Spare part etc..
8. Prepare and update related procedure and work instruction.
9. Monitor tester daily check, maintenance and management in audit room; Inspection tester, fixture and jig develop if needed.
10. Arrange and perform regular life test according to test plan.
11. Any other tasks as assigned by the HOD

Qualifications:
1. College or above.
2. At least 8 years related management and product audit experience in outgoing quality inspection, customer complaint handling and Field Analysis.
3. Technical Expertise:
4. Familiar with ISO standard, such as ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 450001 etc.
5. Familiar with the quality improvement tools such as QC 7 Tools, QCC, CIP etc. six sigma is perfected
6. Understand APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC tools.
7. Has experience of working in molding and assembly manufacturing factory, better in the household foreign company.
8. Having ISO9001 auditor certificate at least, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is perfected
9. Good English in written and oral.
10. Skilled in use of Microsoft Office, CAD software etc.
11. Ability of organization and communication; Good team player; Analytical/problem-solving skills; Good presentation ability.
