1. 大专及以上学历，1-3年PMC跟单、生产跟单、外贸跟单相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉PMC工作流程，掌握订单跟进、物料管控、生产协调的核心工作内容，具备基本的生产计划、物料计划管控思维。
3. 熟练使用Excel，尤其是数据透视表、VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP、SUMIFS/COUNTIFS、条件格式、基础图表等。
4. 工作细心负责，沟通协调能力强，具备较强的抗压能力、问题解决能力和执行力，能高效处理多订单同步跟进工作。
5. 英语能作为工作语言，熟练的英语听说读写能力。
6. 有SAP或其它ERP使用经验优先。
1. College degree or above, 1-3 years of relevant working experience in PMC follow-up, production follow-up or foreign trade follow-up.
2. Familiar with PMC workflow, master core work including order tracking, material control and production coordination, and have basic thinking of production planning and material planning management.
3. Proficient in Excel, especially PivotTable, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, conditional formatting, basic chart making and other functions.
4. Careful and responsible at work, with good communication and coordination ability, strong stress resistance, problem-solving ability and execution ability, able to efficiently follow up multiple orders at the same time.
5. Must have proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
6. Experience in using SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
