Key Job Description：
1.Collaborate with PM to complete RFQ pricing for the China factory, ensuring finish the quote timely and accurately.
2.Collect all relevant costs related to BOM, material prices, labor, etc.
3.Review the reasonableness of BOM and sourcing prices, and provide cost optimization suggestions, including raw material costs, labor costs, packaging materials, and profit margins.
4.Compile a summary and, after obtaining approval from superiors, prepare a complete customer-facing quote.
5.Conduct detailed comparative analysis of pricing updates and provide reasonable explanations to persuade clients regarding price fluctuations.
6.Actively discuss cost analysis results with the procurement team to assist in negotiations with suppliers, maintaining competitive pricing.
7.Maintain smooth communication with the teams in the U.S. and Vietnam.
8.Review quotes from Vietnam and help the Vietnam team correct errors.
9.Participate in price negotiations with clients.
10.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification：
1.Associate degree or higher, major not limited.
2.Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
3.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a strong awareness of supply chain.
4.Good data analysis and processing skills, capable of analyzing and processing procurement data.
5.Strong teamwork and leadership abilities, with a strong capacity for adaptation and learning.
6.Preferably looking for individuals willing to grow together with the company.
