About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant who can also serve as the Legal Representative of our China entity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly responsible, and familiar with China’s corporate compliance and tax environment. This role combines routine accounting responsibilities with the statutory obligations required of a Legal Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting ｕ００２６ Finance
•	Handle daily bookkeeping, vouchers, and account reconciliation
•	Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
•	Manage tax filings, IIT, VAT, CIT, and invoice issuance
•	Coordinate with external CPA firms, tax bureaus, and banks
•	Support budgeting and financial planning
Legal Representative Duties
•	Serve as the officially registered Legal Representative of the company
•	Sign statutory documents and attend required filings／registrations
•	Ensure the company remains compliant with PRC regulations
•	Represent the company in front of banks, tax authorities, and government departments
•	Coordinate annual audit and licence renewals
•	Act as key responsible person for corporate governance matters
Requirements
•	Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
•	3＋ years of accounting experience （cross-border or foreign-invested companies preferred）
•	Familiar with PRC tax rules and financial software
•	Strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness
•	Stable, trustworthy, and comfortable taking Legal Representative duties
•	Good communication skills and professional integrity
Preferred Qualifications
•	Experience with WFOEs, import／export business, or e-commerce
•	CPA or related certifications
•	Previously held Legal Rep or Finance Manager role
