优先考虑有软包经验或有soft goods product experience. 经验丰富者可应聘高级项目经理 Senior Project Manager 岗位要求: 1.Experience in PMP and 6 Sigma preferred(具备项目管理专业人士(PMP)和六西格玛方面的经验者优先) 2.5 years or above direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.(5 年或以上项目管理方面的直接工作经验,涵盖流程开发及执行的各个方面) 3.Demonstrated experience in personnel management.(具备人员管理方面的丰富经验) 4.Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.(具备政治敏感度确保项目顺利完成的能力) 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English and Mandarin are a Must (出色的沟通及人际交往能力,英语和普通话是必备技能) 6.Excellent presentation skills(出色的演讲技巧) 7.B.A Degree or higher in business administration or Finance, Engineering degree or related job experience form EMS industry a significant plus;(拥有工商管理或金融学学士及以上学位,或者拥有工程学学位并有相关工作经验(尤其是来自 EMS 行业)将是一个极大的优势;) 8.Overseas education/ background a big plus(海外教育/背景优先考虑) 岗位职责: 1.Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.(与高层管理人员及利益相关者合作,明确项目范围、目标以及能够支持业务目标的可交付成果) 2.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.(制定全面的项目计划以及相关的沟通文件) 3.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.(以及时且清晰的方式向团队成员和相关方有效传达项目预期目标) 4.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.(估算实现项目目标所需的资源和参与人员数量) 5.Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
