We are looking for a office assistant to our English foreign manager. CET4/CET6 ENGLISH. Duties include developing & translating company policy and procedure, accompanying the foreign manager to visit suppliers and help arrange his schedule, keep meeting minutes and meet with foreign customers. In this role, you will learn about how to organise your workload efficiency and how maintaining written policy can advance the company's growth. This role will involve you in liaising with suppliers, resolving office wide duties and learning our product background.
Yingshi Lighting is a high end lighting design, development and assembly company in Liaobu, near the University of Dongguan. We are a small team of experienced professions in the lighting business. 
We are looking for an individual who has minimum CET4 in English and is self-motivated, can push projects to rapid conclusion by a mind for good planning. Someone who can communicate in an open manner and can communicate effectively to achieve results. You should have some previous office experience.
