The Senior Project Engineer leads the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects across the full product development lifecycle. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hands-on engineering position—not a supervisory or people-management role—and requires direct involvement in design review, testing, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.

- Lead and manage end-to-end project activities from concept development to mass production.

2，Technical Engineering Responsibilities (Hands-On)

- Actively participate in hands-on testing, verification, validation, and evaluation of prototypes.

- Conduct direct troubleshooting and technical root-cause analysis on electrical/electronic and mechanical systems.

- Review engineering deliverables including schematics, drawings, models, test results, and samples.

- Work directly with lab technicians, manufacturing partners, and component suppliers to resolve issues.
