▍Key Responsibilities
•	Perform daily maintenance, preventive care and troubleshooting of test fixtures, dispensing equipment, and soldering machines.
•	Plan and execute equipment inspections and PM schedules; establish and maintain maintenance records.
•	Rapidly resolve production line equipment issues to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
•	Support installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment; continuously improve equipment OEE.
•	Work with process and production teams to propose equipment improvements for higher yield and efficiency.
•	Manage spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs.
•	Train and mentor local technicians to build a capable on-site maintenance team.

▍Qualifications
•	Diploma/Associate degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical & Automation, or related fields.
•	3+ years of equipment maintenance experience; familiar with maintenance and repair of test fixtures, dispensing equipment, and soldering machines.
•	Solid knowledge of PLC, pneumatics and sensors; able to read electrical and mechanical drawings; strong hands-on skills.
•	Experience in consumer electronics manufacturing, automated production lines, or SMT is a plus.
•	Working-level English communication skills; able to handle English documentation and technical exchanges.
•	Willing to work abroad long-term; strong sense of responsibility; flexible with shifts and overtime as needed.
