1.  整机通电与功能调试  /  Power-On & Functional Commissioning
在工厂内对回流焊及热工/SMT相关设备进行通电、I/O点检、传送、加热、冷却、气路/真空及安全回路功能调试，确保各单元按原厂标准动作。
Perform in-factory power-on, I/O checks, and functional commissioning of conveyor, heating, cooling, pneumatics/vacuum, and safety circuits on reflow and related thermal/SMT equipment, so each unit operates to OEM standards.
2.  电气与机械装配核对  /  Electrical & Mechanical Assembly Verification
按图纸核对布线、接线端子、传感器、变频器、加热器及机械装配；发现错接、漏装、干涉或安全隐患，并协同装配岗位整改关闭。
Verify wiring, terminals, sensors, inverters, heaters, and mechanical assembly against drawings; identify miswires, missing parts, interference, or safety hazards and close them with the assembly team.
3.  温控与工艺参数设定  /  Temperature Control & Process Parameter Setup
完成PID温控、温区校准、链速/风量等参数设定与空炉/负载测试，记录温度曲线与关键数据，达到出厂调试标准。
Set PID temperature control, zone calibration, chain speed, airflow and related parameters; run empty-oven and load tests; record profiles and key data to meet factory commissioning criteria.
4.  厂内故障排查与复测  /  In-Plant Troubleshooting & Retest
调试过程中独立排查电气、温控、传动、气路及软件报警，完成更换或调整后复测，避免带病转入下工序或出货。
Independently troubleshoot electrical, temperature-control, drive, pneumatic, and software alarms during commissioning; retest after replacement or adjustment so equipment does not pass downstream or ship with known faults.
5.  出厂检测与调试记录  /  Factory Test & Commissioning Records
按检查表完成出厂检测（FAT/内部验收），如实填写调试报告、参数表、报警记录与遗留问题清单，为出货和质量追溯提供依据。
Complete factory tests (FAT / internal acceptance) per checklist; fill in commissioning reports, parameter sheets, alarm logs, and open-item lists to support shipment and quality traceability.
6.  与装配、质量、售后协同  /  Coordination with Assembly, Quality & After-Sales
对接装配、品管及售后，反馈批量性装配或设计问题并跟进整改验证；设备转售后或出货前完成状态与文件交接。
Work with assembly, quality, and after-sales; feed back recurring assembly or design issues and verify corrections; hand over equipment status and documents before transfer to service or shipment.
7.  工装、软件与备件使用  /  Fixtures, Software & Parts Handling
正确使用调试工装、测量仪器及设备软件；按规范领用调试备件并登记，保持工位与设备标识清晰。
Use commissioning fixtures, measuring instruments, and equipment software correctly; draw and register debug spare parts per procedure; keep the station and equipment identification clear.
8.  安全作业与现场5S  /  Safe Work & Shop-Floor 5S
严格遵守电气安全、锁定挂牌与高温作业规范；维护调试工位5S，不将安全隐患带到下一工序。

岗位要求：
1.  学历  /  Education
大专及以上学历，机电一体化、自动化、电气工程、机械制造或相关专业；本科优先。
College diploma or above in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2.  工作经验  /  Experience
2年及以上工业设备调试、电气装配或自动化设备维护经验；回流焊、SMT或热工设备调试背景优先。优秀应届生（电类/自动化）亦可培养。
2+ years in industrial equipment commissioning, electrical assembly, or automation maintenance; reflow, SMT, or thermal equipment commissioning is a plus. Outstanding fresh graduates in electrical/automation majors are welcome.
3.  专业技术能力  /  Technical Skills
能读懂电气原理图与机械装配图；了解温控（PID）、电气系统（星/三角、变频器、变压器）、气路/真空、传感器及基本PLC/设备软件操作；能独立完成通电调试与常见排故。
Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings; familiar with PID temperature control, electrical systems (Y/Delta, inverters, transformers), pneumatics/vacuum, sensors, and basic PLC/equipment software; able to complete power-on commissioning and common troubleshooting independently.
4.  仪器与安全  /  Instruments & Safety
会使用万用表、钳表、温巡仪等常用仪器；具备电气安全与锁定挂牌意识，能在带电/高温环境下按规范作业。持电工证者优先。
Able to use common instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, temperature logger); electrical-safety and lockout-tagout awareness; works to procedure in live/high-temperature conditions. Electrician certificate preferred.
5.  工作地点与出勤  /  Work Location & Attendance
工作地点为东莞工厂，以厂内调试为主，原则上不外出差；能适应车间环境及必要加班（出货节点）。
Based at the Dongguan factory; work is in-plant commissioning and generally does not require travel; able to work in a shop-floor environment and overtime when shipment deadlines require it.
6.  英语与资料阅读  /  English & Technical Documents
能阅读设备英文图纸、报警信息和操作界面；可用简单英语填写调试记录或与原厂资料对照。口语不作硬性要求。
Able to read English drawings, alarm texts, and HMI screens; can complete commissioning records or cross-check OEM documents in basic English. Spoken English is not mandatory.
7.  办公软件与记录习惯  /  Office Skills & Record Keeping
熟练使用 Word、Excel 填写调试报告与参数表；做事有记录、可追溯，对数据真实负责。
Proficient in Word and Excel for commissioning reports and parameter sheets; keeps traceable records and takes responsibility for data accuracy.
8.  软性素质  /  Soft Skills
细致、耐心、责任心强；能与装配、品管、售后协作，在出货节点压力下保持质量和安全标准。
Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible; works well with assembly, quality, and after-sales; holds quality and safety standards under shipment-deadline pressure.
9.  优先条件  /  Preferred
电工证、PLC基础、回流焊/SMT设备厂调试或电气装配经验、外企工厂背景优先。
Electrician certificate, basic PLC, prior commissioning or electrical assembly on reflow/SMT equipment, and foreign-enterprise factory experience are pluses.
