NPD(new project development leader)
1. 本科以上学历，理工科背景。 
  2.从事过电子工程师、结构工程师、项目工程师等类似工作，能够直接与国外客户对接、开会，了解其项目、产品开发需求，并进行可行性分析，向客户介绍我公司研发与制造能力（依据客户需求），将客户需求向研发、项目部门传输，跟进项目前期开发。
3.具备一定的电子、结构、可靠性、品质、模具等相关知识，以更好理解客户需求，参与评估方案。
4、从事过消费电子、小家电产品ODM项目。
5、本职位定位为懂产品、懂技术的PM,需要理工科背景。
6. 英语听说读写优秀。

特别要求：具备电子类产品经验更佳，能够进行一般性技术探讨，能够理解研发方案。Position: NPD (New Project Development Leader)

Bachelor’s degree or above, with a science or engineering background. Candidates who are foreign nationals from Europe, the Americas, or other Western countries are preferred.

Prior experience as an Electronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar role. Must be able to directly engage and meet with foreign clients, understand their project and product development requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, present the company’s R&D and manufacturing capabilities (based on client needs), relay client requirements to R&D and project teams, and follow up on early-stage project development.

Possess basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics, reliability, quality, tooling/mold, etc., to better understand client needs and participate in solution evaluation.

Experience in ODM projects for consumer electronics or small home appliances.

This position is defined as a product- and technology-savvy Project Manager, requiring a science/engineering background.

Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Special requirement: Experience with electronic products is strongly preferred – able to engage in general technical discussions and understand R&D solutions.

Salary will be based on ability, working experience, and previous salary.
