职位描述：

Overview:
This position is to handle QD series product development in NPD. It requires background knowledge for QD products, and wide range of detail-oriented knowledge and skill.  

Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate and communicate with project leaders and designers , quality engineers, as well as all related resources to introduce new products into mass production.	35%
2.Take handle cost estimate, prototyping, initial production, business system setup, and problem solving	30%
3.Provide related tech instruction to teammates as to new project development. Assist NPD manager to improve team capability.	20%
4.Make sure the tooling, equipment, fixtures, BOM, WI, Flow chart etc are ready before release to mass production 	10%
5.Train operators on the production processes of the new products and assure the quality and safety.5%

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical experience. (Required)	
2. Manufacturing Process: Deep expertise in QD product development; (Required)familiarity with MIM, CNC, Powder coating, Electroplating, and Painting processes. (preferred)	
3. Positive working attitude, be willing to work under pressure, capable of translating complex engineering challenges into clear, actionable solutions. (Required)	
4. CAD & Standards: Proficiency in UG/NX and expert knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) for precision hardware analysis. (Required)	
5. Language: Proficiency in English reading/writing; speaking and listening skills are a strong advantage. (Required/Preferred)
6. Quality Methodology: Proven experience using 8D, DFMEA/PFMEA and Root Cause Analysis to minimize quality costs. (Preferred)
7. Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in new product assembly for high-precision hardware/metal components. (Required)
8. Lifecycle Management: Strong understanding of APQP/PPAP workflows to ensure seamless prototype-to-mass production transition. (Required)
