职位描述：

Overview:
1.Set clear quality objectives, inspection standards and quality plans, translating customer requirements into executable criteria.
2.Supervise the whole production process, focusing on key procedures like CNC, casting and assembly. Conduct patrol inspections to detect and address quality fluctuations promptly.
3.Investigate non-conformities using 8D, FMEA and other quality tools, formulate corrective and preventive measures, and track their implementation.
4.Handle customer quality complaints, verify issues, organize root cause analysis and provide timely solutions. Communicate regularly to understand customer needs and feedback.
5.Lead cross-functional teams to solve quality problems and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1.Daily MRR confirmation and RCCA completion.
2.Conduct new project development as NPD QE.
3.Handle customer complaints.
4.Summarize and develop CIP project to reduce the quality cost. 
5.Regular training for team members.
6.Safety: 0 Recordable & Nonconformity issue happened for PPE wearing.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical or other engineering related. ·	
2.Certified Quality Engineer Preferred or Equivalent Experience.
3.At least 5Y working experience in Quality assurances specifically problem solving and handling Customer Complaints.	
4.Excellent verbal & written Communication Skills in English
5.Fully proficient in Root Cause analysis, 5 Why, Mistake Proofing, Poke Yoke	
6.Ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities.
