主要职责： 1、负责与客户沟通，了解客户需求和交货期，并及时反馈生产进度和问题； 2、协助生产部门进行生产计划安排，确保生产进度符合客户需求； 3、负责跟进生产订单，确保订单的及时交付和质量达标； 4、协助处理客户投诉和问题，与客户保持良好的沟通和合作关系； 5、完成其他跟单和协调相关工作。 加分项： 有较强的客户服务意识，能够积极主动地与客户进行沟通和协调； 熟悉生产制造行业的相关知识和流程

Job Responsibilities – • Working closely with design teams, factories and suppliers to develop collections of leather handbags and small leather goods from concept to samples • Following up production and delivery schedules of development, proto and salesman samples to ensure timely deliveries and quality samples • Checking standards, colors, construction and quality of samples in all stages to ensure alignment of colors and standards of the collection • Inspecting sample leather when required • Providing technical advice to resolve any issues relating to product development and sampling • Performing ad hoc duties assigned Job Requirements – • No less than 8 years’ experience of product development of branded leather handbags and small leather goods • Experience of working directly with overseas designers for product development execution • Excellent technical knowledge of construction and production process of leather fashion handbags and small leather goods • Good knowledge of materials including leather,PU, trims and hardware, etc • Familiar with fashion trends of handbags and small leather goods • Good eyes to colors and follow through details • Good communication skills, well organized and a team player • Good command of English and Chinese • Travelling to factories & suppliers required Work Location – Panyu, China Salary range: Salary negotiable Company Profile – We are the representative office of Best Fine （Hong Kong） Limited, sourcing and shipping world’s renowned fashion branded handbags
