岗位职责：
- 选择合适的工业区，综合考虑税收政策、当地海关评价、采购配套及客户距离等因素，完成厂房租赁或购买；
- 办理相关证件，包括投资准字、公司登记书、环保准字、工业经营准字、建设许可证、营业执照等；
- 负责工厂建设，甄选优质建设工程方，确保项目按期交付且符合质量标准，吸取前期投资经验优化建设流程；
- 研究当地劳动法并制定公司内部劳动法规，确保合规运营，同时提高员工福利与管理水平；
- 负责招聘并培训管理层及生产员工，提升当地员工工作效率；
- 建立与当地海关的良好关系，确保货物通关顺畅，不影响业务运营。
任职资格：
- 具备印尼或泰国的相关经验者优先；
- 具备项目管理、预算管理能力，能够定期向董事会反馈项目进展；
- 具有模具或注塑经验者优先；
- 具有优秀的跨文化沟通能力和领导力，能适应海外运营环境；
- 具备工厂筹建及生产管理的丰富经验。

Recruitment Notice – Overseas Investment Project Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Select a suitable industrial zone, considering factors such as tax policies, local customs evaluation, supply chain infrastructure, and proximity to clients, and complete the lease or purchase of factory premises;
- Handle relevant documentation, including investment approval, company registration, environmental permits, industrial operation permits, construction licenses, and business licenses;
- Oversee factory construction, carefully selecting high-quality construction contractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards, while learning from previous investors’ experiences to optimize the process;
- Study local labor laws and establish internal company labor regulations to ensure compliance while improving employee welfare and management efficiency;
- Recruit and train management and production staff, enhancing the productivity of local employees;
- Maintain strong relationships with local customs authorities to ensure smooth logistics and uninterrupted business operations.
Qualifications:
- Preferably experienced in Indonesia or Thailand;
- Strong project management and budgeting skills, with the ability to provide regular updates to the board of directors;
- Preferably experienced in mold or injection molding;
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership skills, capable of adapting to overseas operational environments;
- Extensive experience in factory setup and production management.
