职位描述：

Overview:
Fulfill production planning and make sure schedule completed on time with high quality high efficiency low cost
 
Responsibilities:
1.Monitor die cast parts’ production progress and quality situation 
2.Coordinate problem solving or Kaizen with Quality Material or Engineering department
3.Supervise production discipline housekeeping and maintain a good working environment
4.Control headcount overtime work and direct indirect consumption
5.Develop multiskilling progressive training program to operators and do assessment for leader’s performance

Requirements: 
1. University graduation 	
2. 5~10 years relevant experience of management die cast room
3. Good command of English (preferred)	
4. Office software operation skill
