岗位职责：
1、跟进样版的完成进度，负责开发部日常工作的调度、安排，协调本部门各技术岗位的工作配合，确保样版准时完成。
2，负责新产品的开发设计及现有产品在设计上的改良工作；
3，负责客户原样蓝图的研究，跟进样品进度，最终审核确认给到客人；
4，负责与生产，品质沟通，提高所开发的产品具有市场竞争能力；
5，负责提供新产品报价给香港同事。
6，及时上级交办的其他事项
任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，有业务管理经验最少3年以上
2、抗压力强，执行力强，沟通能力强
3、英文听说写流利，英文6级以上。

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a costing or financial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the golf bag or handbag industry.

Preferred Qualifications: 优先录用条件
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Minimum Education: 学历
College degree degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
