Key Job Description：
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
2. Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
3. Oversee training programs and materials for project management staff.
4. Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery while meeting quality standards.
5. Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency.
7. Partner with department heads to define project roadmaps, priorities, and resource allocation aligned with business goals.

13. Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
14. Optimize resource allocation to balance organizational priorities and project demands.
15. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
16. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively and deliverables are met.
17. Other work arrangements and ad hoc initiatives as directed by superior & leadership.
Talent Qualifications：
1.Bachelor Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, PMP certificate. MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
2.Fluent in English & Chinese for both written & spoken.
3. More than 15+ years working experiences where at least 5 years are in a leadership or managerial role.
4. Had worked in a manufacturing environment, or had worked closely with factories.
5. Proven track record of managing complex programs in the consumer electronics or accessories industry.
6. Experience with product development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
7. Experience working with global teams and international vendors.

ey Tasks and Responsibilities:
1.	 Develop detail CAD files for injection molded plastic parts, metal parts and sub-assembly and top assembly.
2.	Produces component designs that can be manufactured using established processes such as injection molding, die casting, machining, and sheet metal forming. Specify materials, decoration processes, and other technical specification.
3.	Specify or decide key component engineering spec.
4.	Leads the design, performance and evaluation of experiments to solve engineering problems, and to validate simulation with DOE results.
5.	Develop detailed Manufacturing packages, including 3D CAD database, 2D detailed part drawings, 2D assembly drawings, BOM, and product specifications for effective transfer to manufacturing. 
6.	Working directly with customer counterpart. 
7.	Collaborates with our internal team & our clients on material selection, part design and manufacturing feasibility, along with the cosmetic requirements of new parts and tool designs.
8.	Lead our supply base partners in the design and development of world-class tooling and manufacturing processes for new development projects with demanding geometric and cosmetic requirements.
9.	Participates on cross-functional project teams involved with the product development process for new designs, including preparing and conducting mechanical design reviews and peer reviews.
10.	Provide technical evaluation of supplier capabilities.
11.	Approve parts for production

Skills and Qualifications:
1.	B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
2.	Minimum of 8 years related work experience in new product development including extensive interaction with Industrial Designers and injection molding vendor about consumer electronic products and industrial product.
3.	Minimum of 8 years working experiences in plastic injection molding process and multiple metal process. Strong knowledge in injection tooling design and tooling fabrication process in variety of molding processes including thin wall injection molding, 2-shot molding, insert-molding, LSR injection and compression molding would be a must. Knowledge in machining , die-casting and metal stamping process is preferred. 
4.	Experience in designing products with moving parts. 
5.	Proficient in using engineering software, like ProE, UG, Catia, Solidwork, etc. High quality surface modeling experience, including C2/G2 level continuity management required
6.	Strong tolerance analysis capability required. Analytical, numerical, or experimental stress and thermal analysis capability
7.	Ability to specify the most appropriate resin with considerations for reliability, moldability, and cost
8.	Understanding of decoration processes such as PU & UV painting, pad printing, PVD, IML…etc.
9.	Tooling, molding, and decoration problem solving skills
10.	Knowledge in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP - gage R&R, FAI, cpk, control plan) is a plus.
11.	Experience in working with cross-functional teams managing multiple projects in an extremely fast pace environment
12.	Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and speaking)
13.	Working experience in US or European company is highly desired

Work with customer engineering team for tooling DFM, tooling trial review and approvals when needed.
4.	进行工具和生产问题的根本原因分析，并根据需要使用数据驱动的方法进行设计纠正。
Conduct tooling and production issues root cause analysis and apply design corrections as needed using data driven methodology.
5.	与供应商沟通，管理开发项目：
Interface with suppliers to manage the development for:
-注塑模具/注塑成型
- Injection mold/Injection molding
-二次加工，包括表面装饰，声波焊接等
- Secondary process, including surface decorating, sonic welding, etc
6. 与质量团队一起完成模具/零件PPAP。
Working with quality team for tooling/parts PPAP.
7.对供应商的技术能力进行评估并提出建议
Supplier technical capability assessment and recommendation for supplier
8.深入了解供应商的能力，并利用机会更有效地利用供应商在塑料模具和塑料制造方面的能力。
Provide insight into supply base capability, and leverage opportunities to more effectively utilize supplier capability for plastic mold and plastic manufacturing.
9.批量生产中的工装维护。
Tooling maintenance in mass production.
10.支持降低成本。
Support cost reduction.

Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 本科以上学历，机械工程、模具工程或相关专业。
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant areas, e.g. mechanical engineering, tooling engineering or similar.
2. 经验:
-Experience:
8年以上模具车间/模塑车间模具设计/项目管理经验。
- 8+ years in tooling design/project management in tool-shop/molding shop.
良好的2k成型，LSR注塑经验。
- Good experience in 2k molding, LSR injection.
良好的问题解决能力，特别是解决注塑模具问题，外观缺陷，零件故障，加工问题等。
- Good problem solving skills especially in relation to trouble shooting plastic injection molds, aesthetic defects, part failure, processing issues, etc.
-必须有模具图纸审核和批准经验。
- Tooling drawing review and approval experience is a must.
有工装设计能力者优先。
Tooling design ability would be preferred.
会修改3D产品优先考虑。
- Ability in modifying product 3D is a plus.
-必须有丰富的零件鉴定经验，特别是多部件组装的产品。
- Must have solid experience in parts qualification, especially for product with multiple components assembled together.
