Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
主要工作职责：
1.	在整个产品开发阶段，审查产品设计，设计变更，原型审查和相关产品规格，以确保工具能力和可制造性
Review the product design, design change, prototype review and related product specifications throughout product development phases to ensure tool-ability and manufacturability
2.	向成本团队提供适当的询价信息，如周期时间，机器吨位，螺杆/桶尺寸等。
Provide proper RFQ info to cost team, like cycle time, machine tonnage, screw/barrel size, etc.
3.	与客户工程团队一起进行模具DFM，模具试验审查和批准。
Work with customer engineering team for tooling DFM, tooling trial review and approvals when needed.
4.	进行工具和生产问题的根本原因分析，并根据需要使用数据驱动的方法进行设计纠正。
Conduct tooling and production issues root cause analysis and apply design corrections as needed using data driven methodology.
5.	与供应商沟通，管理开发项目：
Interface with suppliers to manage the development for:
-注塑模具/注塑成型
- Injection mold/Injection molding
-二次加工，包括表面装饰，声波焊接等
- Secondary process, including surface decorating, sonic welding, etc
6. 与质量团队一起完成模具/零件PPAP。
Working with quality team for tooling/parts PPAP.
7.对供应商的技术能力进行评估并提出建议
Supplier technical capability assessment and recommendation for supplier
8.深入了解供应商的能力，并利用机会更有效地利用供应商在塑料模具和塑料制造方面的能力。
Provide insight into supply base capability, and leverage opportunities to more effectively utilize supplier capability for plastic mold and plastic manufacturing.
9.批量生产中的工装维护。
Tooling maintenance in mass production.
10.支持降低成本。
Support cost reduction.

Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 本科以上学历，机械工程、模具工程或相关专业。
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant areas, e.g. mechanical engineering, tooling engineering or similar.
2. 经验:
-Experience:
8年以上模具车间/模塑车间模具设计/项目管理经验。
- 8+ years in tooling design/project management in tool-shop/molding shop.
良好的2k成型，LSR注塑经验。
- Good experience in 2k molding, LSR injection.
良好的问题解决能力，特别是解决注塑模具问题，外观缺陷，零件故障，加工问题等。
- Good problem solving skills especially in relation to trouble shooting plastic injection molds, aesthetic defects, part failure, processing issues, etc.
-必须有模具图纸审核和批准经验。
- Tooling drawing review and approval experience is a must.
有工装设计能力者优先。
Tooling design ability would be preferred.
会修改3D产品优先考虑。
- Ability in modifying product 3D is a plus.
-必须有丰富的零件鉴定经验，特别是多部件组装的产品。
- Must have solid experience in parts qualification, especially for product with multiple components assembled together.

职位描述：

主要岗位职责：
1.Responsible for MES network configuration, Pre-launch research, project development and implementation.
负责MES系统的网络规划和部署；系统上线前调研；配合产品开发及系统实施直至验收
2.Resposible for MES&ERP SOP set up, function training and daily management.
负责MES系统及ERP系统手册编写、功能培训及日常管理维护
3. Design, create and manage ERP/MES business processes according to business requirements
根据业务需求进行相应的ERP/MES业务流程设计、创建和管理
4. Proficient in system operation and maintenance such as anti-leak, IP control, AD domain control, Email, OA, ERP, antivirus, and SymantecBE backup  
精通防泄密、IP管控、AD域控、Email、OA、ERP、防病毒、SymantecBE备份等系统运维
5 . Proficient in enterprise network planning and deployment and network device management of routers, switches, firewalls and online behavior
精通企业网络规划部署和主流品牌路由器、交换机、防火墙、上网行为等网络设备管理
6. Proficient in batch deployment of cloud server and MDT desktop system  
精通云服务器和MDT桌面系统批量部署
7. Responsible for daily network and office IT equipment maintenance, network structure adjustment and optimization

主要岗位要求：
1. College degree or above, major in computer science  
大专以上学历，计算机相关专业
2. At least 5 years working experience in the same position, familiar with NetSuite system development and maintenance is preferred  
具有5年以上同岗位工作经验，熟悉NetSuite系统开发及维护优先
3. Familiar with TCP/IP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN, ACL, IPSG, NAT, AND PBR protocols and technologies

4. Familiar with API development experience in developing APIS and calling third party APIS

职位描述：

Key Job Responsibilities：
1.Standardize factory automation workflow and project framework.
2.Conduct automation equipment proposal&design. 
3.Leading the automation equipment development with suppliers.
4.Support scheduled and emergency/unscheduled repairs of production machine during production hours and contact machine supplier service if needed.
5.Support shopfloor SCADA/MES system development.
6.Support manufacturing quality&efficiency improvement
7.Create instructions and train technicians to solve machine and equipment software/automation problems.
8.Identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list related to machine control systems.

Qualifications：
1.At least 5+ years of automation or machine development work experience. Soft goods related experience would be preferred.
2.Good to use 3D CAD, like Creo, Solidwork.
3.Good at operating software related to Siemens, Omron or other local PLC's.
4.Ability to develop electrical control on equipment using PLC, servo, MCU, etc. 
5.Knowledge in factory SCADA, MES system. 
6.Good at communication and team work with full energy and drive to deliver results;
7.Committed to pursue continuous learning and improvement.
8.Good at Written English would be preferred
9.Bachelor degree in electro-mechanical engineering and automation professionals are preferred;
