Key Job Description：
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
2. Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
3. Oversee training programs and materials for project management staff.
4. Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery while meeting quality standards.
5. Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Monitor and report on project progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency.

12. Represent the department in executive meetings, providing updates on risks, milestones, and ROI.
13. Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.
14. Optimize resource allocation to balance organizational priorities and project demands.
15. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
16. Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively and deliverables are met.
17. Other work arrangements and ad hoc initiatives as directed by superior & leadership.
Talent Qualifications：
1.Bachelor Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, PMP certificate. MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
2.Fluent in English & Chinese for both written & spoken.
3. More than 15+ years working experiences where at least 5 years are in a leadership or managerial role.
4. Had worked in a manufacturing environment, or had worked closely with factories.
5. Proven track record of managing complex programs in the consumer electronics or accessories industry.
6. Experience with product development lifecycles, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
7. Experience working with global teams and international vendors.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
9. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Key Job Responsibilities
1.Manage the Vendor relationship and oversight vendor related activities, reports to managements on outstanding issues.
2.Manage all supplier contracts ensuring full contract coverage at all times. Contract authoring/adaptation for business awards and utilization of e-storage of contracts in e-procurement portal.            
3.Support the team head in team strategy and enhance the core value policy.
4.Work closely with internal teams to ensure supplier has complied with requirements, capacity and capabilities, quality, compliance procedure and standard.            
5.Manage vendor base to assure products can be delivered with optimum cost, quality and service.

Responsible for feasibility analysis review and cost analysis of new die casting products, and cooperate with the project department to participate in preliminary customer communication.
2.技术开发主导：全面负责公司压铸产品模具及制造技术的开发工作，从技术调研、方案设计、工艺制定到原型验证。
ake overall charge of the development of die casting product molds and manufacturing technology in the company, covering technical research, scheme design, process formulation, and prototype verification.
3.开发结果负责：对压铸模具及制造技术开发的最终结果承担核心责任，包括开发项目的进度、质量、成本控制及技术可行性，确保开发成果能够顺利转化为实际生产力，提升产品竞争力。
Full responsibility for the final results of die casting mold and manufacturing technology development, including project schedule, quality, cost control, and technical feasibility, to ensure the successful transformation of development achievements into practical productivity and enhance product competitiveness.
4.模具与工艺优化：深入分析现有压铸模具及制造工艺存在的问题，结合行业前沿技术与实践经验，制定并实施优化方案，提升生产效率、降低不良率及生产成本。
Conduct in-depth analysis of problems existing in current die casting molds and manufacturing processes, formulate and implement optimization schemes based on cutting-edge industry technologies and practical experience, to improve production efficiency, reduce defect rates, and lower production costs.
5.技术标准制定与落地：制定压铸模具设计、制造、试模及生产过程中的技术标准、规范及检验流程，并监督执行，确保生产过程的标准化、规范化。
Develop technical standards, specifications, and inspection procedures for die casting mold design, manufacturing, trial production, and production processes, and supervise their implementation to ensure standardization and normalization of the production process.
6.问题解决与支持：快速响应生产现场及市场反馈的压铸技术问题，组织技术攻关，提供专业的技术支持，保障生产顺利进行及客户需求满足。
Respond quickly to die casting technical problems reported from the production site and market feedback, organize technical research, and provide professional technical support to ensure smooth production and meet customer needs.
7.行业技术跟踪：密切关注压铸行业的技术发展趋势、新材料、新工艺及新设备信息，积极引入适合公司的先进技术与理念。
Closely monitor the technological development trends, new materials, new processes, and new equipment information in the die casting industry, and actively introduce advanced technologies and concepts suitable for the company.
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，模具、材料成型及控制工程（压铸方向）、机械设计制造及其自动化等相关专业，10年以上压铸行业技术开发及管理工作经验。
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as Mold Engineering, Material Forming and Control Engineering (Die Casting Direction), Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation. More than 10 years of working experience in technical development and management in the die casting industry.
2.核心技能：精通压铸模具结构设计、压铸工艺参数设置（如压射速度、压力、温度等）及试模流程；熟练掌握至少一种三维设计软件（如UG、Pro/E）及CAD软件，能够独立完成复杂压铸模具及产品的设计与工艺规划。
Proficient in die casting mold structure design, die casting process parameter setting (such as injection speed, pressure, temperature, etc.) and mold trial process. Skilled in using at least one 3D design software (such as UG, Pro/E) and CAD software, capable of independently completing the design and process planning of complex die casting molds and products.
3.经验要求：具备丰富的锌合金、铝合金等常用压铸材料的特性及应用知识；有成功主导过大型或复杂压铸产品模具开发及批量生产落地的案例，能够独立解决开发及生产中的关键技术难题，能熟练分析并解决压铸生产过程中常见的缺陷问题，如气孔、缩孔、冷隔、粘模、变形等。
Possess extensive knowledge of the characteristics and applications of common die casting materials such as zinc alloys and aluminum alloys. Have successful cases of leading the development of large-scale or complex die casting product molds and mass production implementation. Capable of independently solving key technical problems in development and production, and proficient in analyzing and solving common defect problems in die casting production, such as air holes, shrinkage holes, cold laps, mold sticking, deformation, etc.
