岗位职责：
1.Lead sub-supplier quality improvement meeting and customer complaint cause analysis, countermeasures, improvement meeting.
主持分供方品质改善会议以及客户投诉的原因分析.对策.改善会议；
2.Lead new supplier development, audit, review, guidance and ensure supplier system and quality meet the requirements and continue to improve.
主导新供应商的开发，审核，评审，辅导以及确认供应商体系和品质符合要求并继续改进；
3.Organize the establishment and implementation of new products, new projects and customer requirements training sub-suppliers.
组织建立并实施新产品.新项目及客户要求培训分供方；
4.Work with supplier to control product quality at sub-supplier
协同供应商保证供应商处的产品质量
5.Conponent PPAP
原材料PPAP
6.Establishment of limit standards;
限度标准的建立；
7.Quality inspection training, guidance.
品质检验培训，指导；
8.Responsible for other work assigned by the leader.
负责领导交办的其他工作事项。
岗位要求：
1.Junior college or above.
大专或以上学历。
2.Document writing and communication skills: document writing ability is strong, good writing; Excellent presentation and communication skills;
公文写作、沟通能力要求：公文写作能力强、文笔佳；优秀的表达、沟通能力；
3.Famliar with die casting process, surface treatment process,  maching process quality control.  Famliar with plastic product quality control is a plus.
熟悉压铸，表面处理和机加工制程质量控制。熟悉注塑制程及塑胶产品质量控制
4.5 years of working experineces in the same role. with home products or accessories of consumer electronic products (such as hook, Planter, wrist shell) and other relevant industry working experience is preferred.
5年以上同岗位工作经验。有家居产品或消费电子产品配件如家用挂钩，花盆，表壳等行业相关工作经验优先录取。
5.Work proactively, good teamwork 
工作主动，良好的团队协作
6.Need business trips abroad as per project requirement
根据项目需求，需要出差国外
