职责内容/Responsibilities:
1．	负责项目实施全过程管理；
Responsible for project whole process management.
2．	负责项目团队建设与项目指导；
Responsible for project team management and project coaching.
3．	负责编制项目开发计划，项目工作日常执行，识别和控制项目风险，有效控制项目开发进程和项目质量；
Responsible for preparing the project development plan, conducting the daily execution of the project work, identifying and controlling project risks, and effectively controlling the project development schedule and project quality.
4．	负责解决项目开发过程中遇到的质量问题和管理问题，及时向上级主管汇报项目进展；
Responsible for problem solving during project development, update project status accordingly & report the key progress to top manager.
5．	定期或不定期组织项目团队，召开项目推进会，督促、协调各部门及供应商按时、保质、保量完成各项工作；
Organize regular or irregular meetings, to promote and coordinate all departments and suppliers to complete the work on time with good quality.
6．	负责组织召开项目阶段性评审会，回顾并总结阶段性工作；
Responsible for organizing project review meetings, review and summarize project status.
7．	收集、整理各阶段APQP资料，并归档管理。
Collect and file APQP documents of each stage.

任职资格要求/Job Requirement :
1.	大专以上学历；
College graduated or above
2.	5年以上电子行业工作经验或项目管理经验。
More than 5 years’ experience in the electronics industry or project management experience.
3.	精通APQP、熟悉PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC工具并能熟练运用, 熟悉IATF16949 & VDA6.3 质量体系运作。
Proficient in APQP, and familiar with PPAP/FMEA /MSA/SPC tools and be able to use it with ease, well understanding IATF16949 & VDA6.3 quality system.
4.	优秀的项目管理经验。
Excellent project management experience.
5.	英文听说读写良好，能熟练运用Office等办公软件。
Good English skills, proficient in Office, and other office software.
7. 具有较强的领导能力、组织能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力。
Strong leadership、organizational、 communication、influencing、planning and execution skills.

职位描述：

职责内容/Responsibilities:
1. 负责从样品到量产整个生产过程的产品质量控制,寻求通过测试、控制及改进流程以提升产品质量；包括主导产品保证计划，控制计划，MSA，过程能力分析（CPK, PPK…）,并主导及提交PPAP
Take charge of the whole quality control process from sample build to mass production, through testing and process control to improve product quality. Include product insurance plan, inspection Plan, MSA, Process Capability Analysis (CPK, PPK…); Prepare Quality documents to for APQP phase and submit PPAP to customer; 
2. 质量体系的建立，执行及改进。确保文件适宜和可执行性。 
Quality system establish, ensure rightly implementation, ensure the appropriateness and executable of documents
3. 负责解决产品生产过程中所出现的质量问题,处理品质异常及品质改善；
Responsible for solving the quality problems in the production process, handling the abnormal quality and quality improvement;; 
4. 负责处理顾客抱怨及主导客户审厂审核,包括审核前、中、后相关准备工作;
Handling Customer complaints and conduct customer audit, Including pre-audit, mid-audit and post-audit preparations, follow improvement actions and reply to customer.
5. 带领团队并对团队成员进行培训及评估
Lead the team, conduct training and assessment for the team members
6. 上级领导安排的其他任务。 
Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 
任职资格要求/ Job Requirement:
1﹑本科以上学历，有8年以上电子工厂品质控制经验，有NPI品质管理和变压器相关经验
College graduated or above，8 or above of experiences at quality control at electronics manufacturing site, transformer manufacturing experience and management of NPI.
2﹑熟悉8D, 5why/鱼骨图手法，有产品先期品质策划相关方面的经验； 
Be familiar with 8D and 4why/fish-bone methods and having the knowledge of advanced quality plan at NPI stage
3﹑熟悉APQP/PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA/CP工具并能熟练运用。熟悉IATF16949体系；
Be familiar with APQP/PPAP/FMEAF/MSA/SPC/CP tools, and knowledge on the system of IATF16949.
  4﹑有客户投诉处理及客户审厂相关经验
  Have experiences of customer complaint handling and customer audit,
5﹑具备独立主导品质问题的处理能力；
Be Ability to handle quality issues independently,
6、英文CET-4及以上, 听说读写流利。
CET-4 or above，fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
