TOP EARTH ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD. was established in Taiwan in 1979 under the name of WUU SONG Enterprise Co.,Ltd. In 1990, a shareholder change resulted in the new name of “TOP EARTH Enterprise Co.,Ltd.”. This year, TOP EARTH walks into twenty-fourth year of experiences producing windshield wiper blade, arm , and refill.
TOP EARTH has come a long way from its humble beginning of  five workers and three belt-type stamping presses, with a current workforce of fifty factory workers and production equipment including rubber mixing and molding machinery , automated hydraulic presses, and automatic paint/power coat facilities. TOP EARTH consists of five maindeparments: Prduction, Sales, R&D, Finance, and Human Resources.
  TOP EARTH is one of the most vertically integrated production of windshield wipers worldwide,with in-house tooling design and development; international procurement of rew materials; rubber formula determination, mixing and molding; stamping, assembly and coating of all metal componets,and extensive testing and R&D facilities.
Having undergone twenty-four years of continuous improvement of production technology, research & development of new products, and product quality. TOP EARTH is now the leading windshield wiper manufacturer. In the future, we will continue relentless pursuit of quality and innovation into the next century, ensuring a bridge future for our customers, and retention of the position as a clear industry leader.
