　　华润万家有限公司 （CHINA RESOURCES VANGUARD Co.Ltd., 缩写CR Vanguard）是中国最具规模的零售连锁企业之一,是香港规模最大、实力最雄厚的中资企业集团--华润（集团）有限公司旗下一级利润中心。

    China Resources Vanguard Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as CR Vanguard), one of the largest store chains in China, is one of the profit centers of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., who is the largest and strongest Chinese capital enterprise in Hong Kong. 

    The retail business is an important part of China Resources development plan. Moreover, China Resources established a “Four-Five Project” strategic target, i.e. invest 5 billion yuan, contribute 50 billion turnovers, and annually generate 500 million profits in 5 years. As the key strategic enterprise of China Resources Retail, CR Vanguard benefits from its economic environment and good mechanism platform.

    With 20 years development, CR Vanguard becomes to be one of the largest retailers in China.  Served with more than 14, 500 employees, CR Vanguard had ranked top 9  of the retail corporation, with sales of ￥ 10.32 billion at the end of 2003, continuing to be No. 1 in Guangdong province.

    At present, CR Vanguard operates approximately 450 stores in Hong Kong, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Tianjin, Beijing, etc., formed with the following 4 Business Units, i.e. East BU, South BU, North BU and Hong Kong BU, and three store formats— Vanguard, Superstore, Supermarket. Among which, 19 Vanguards are mainly located in South China, which furthest meet the customer’s “One-Stop” shopping need with abundant merchandise; 46 Superstores, locating in the East, North and South, are engaged in fast consumer goods and provide convenient services for our customers; The Supermarket are widely extended all over four BUs, offering customers especially local residents with much convenience.
