　　上海外滩华尔道夫酒店是美国以外的首家华尔道夫酒店，设有三家一流的餐厅、两个酒店大堂、一个酒吧、及一个图书馆。宴会设备包罗万有，势必成为城中会议及婚宴的首选场地。另外还为住客提供豪华的休闲设备，包括游泳池、健身房、及水疗中心，可以让客人放松身心、尽情舒展、获得独特的奢华体验。<br>上海外滩华尔道夫酒店将拥有两座大楼，共286个客房，第一期原是著名的历史建筑物外滩二号上海总会大楼。该总会成立于19世纪20年代，是当时社会名流的私人会所。该楼将于2010年年中开业，提供设计独特的餐厅、酒吧、豪华宴会厅、及20间套房。在大楼后将建造一个庭院，连接位于四川路的第二座新型现代建筑物.这座新楼将在2010年底落成，将包含266个设计独特的客房。<br><br> <br>the waldorf astoria shanghai on the bund will become the first waldorf astoria hotel outside united states which is set to deliver one of shanghai’s most luxurious guest experiences in town.  it will have three stunning restaurants, two lounges, a bar and a library. extensive banqueting facilities will aim to position the hotel as the first choice for meetings as well as wedding receptions in the city. a swimming pool, health club and spa will provide guests with luxury amenities to rest, rejuvenate and relax.  <br>the 286-room waldorf astoria shanghai on the bund will comprise two buildings. the first will be the heritage building, located at no. 2 on the bund, which was previously home to the shanghai club, an exclusive gentlemen’s club in the 1920s. scheduled to open in mid-2010, the heritage building will feature several uniquely designed restaurants and bars as well as a glamorous ballroom and 20 suites. connected by a courtyard and positioned on sichuan road behind the bund, a new 266-room tower will be completed in late 2010.
