岗位职责：
1.负责整个项目从概念到工艺开发到量产;
In charge of whole Project from Concept to Process Development;
2.监控产品生命周期，制定和维护详细的项目主计划；
Monitor product lifecycle, develop and maintain detail master schedule. 
3.在项目开发阶段控制成本及风险；
Control the cost and risk during NPI stage. 
4.不断改善项目过程，提高客户满意度；
Continuously improve the project process quality and stay improve customer satisfaction;
5.整理报价单/产品单价/模具费用/设备费用给到业务和客户；
Draft quotation/unit price/tooling cost/equipment cost to sales & customer. 
6.结合客户需求和内部生产产能做出爬坡计划；
Combine customer demand and production capacity to work out ramp plan. 
7.协调和平衡各部门资源；（如工程、品质、生产运营、生技、采购等）
Coordinate and balance the resources of all parties. (engineering, quality, operation, technical, buyer, etc.) 
8.与客户发展良好关系。
Develop good relationships with customers.
任职条件：
1.本科或同等学历。有丰富的项目管理经验。
Bachelor degree or equivalency required. have full experience of program management.
2.积极主动，有纪律地专注项目管理工作，同时有很强的影响他人的能力。
Proactive, disciplined focus on program management and have strong capabilities to influence ohers.
3.优秀的书面和表达能力，英语可作为工作需要。
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate English ability is required.
4.较强的抗压能力和自我我调节能力。
Can work under big pressure and also can relax him/herself.
