岗位职责：
1.Financial Statement Analysis: Analyze and interpret the company's financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and other management reports etc.
2.Monthly Reporting: Complete routine monthly reports and analyses on time, such as output reports, gross margin analysis reports, expense reports, labor hour reports, overhead rate analysis etc.
3.Budgeting Support & Cost Analysis: Assist in the quarterly STD budgeting process, e.g collect expenses from cost centers owners, estimate the personnel capacity and personnel costs etc.
4.Budget Monitoring & Variance Analysis: Track budget execution, monitor variances between actual expenses and the budget, investigate the reasons to the variances. Conduct monthly variance analysis between STD costs and ACT costs for various expenses, analyzing variances between STD product cost and ACT product cost
5.Business Integration & Reporting: Develop a deep understanding of the company's business model and collaborate with business departments to ensure all financial data analysis is driven by business perspectives. Produce clear and intuitive analytical reports.
6.Financial Insight & Process Optimization: Provide suggestions or solutions for business departments as needed, identify opportunities for financial processes optimization, cost down and efficiency improvement.
7.Other Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the management team.

1.对公司的财务报表进行分析和解读，包括利润表、资产负债表、其他各类管理报表等。
2.按时完成各类常规性的月度报告以及分析工作，例如产出报告、毛利分析报表、费用报告、工时报告，车间费率分析等报告。
3.协助部门进行季度标准成本预算的编制，例如在预算工作中收集各成本中心费用，收集人力需求、人力成本核算等。
4.跟踪预算的执行情况，监测实际费用与预算的差异，对于异常进行原因分析，对各项费用的月度标准成本与实际成本进行差异分析，对产品标准成本与实际成本的进行差异分析。
5.深入了解公司业务模式，对接业务部门，财务数据各项分析必须做到基于业务驱动的角度进行分析，输出简洁直观的分析报告。
6.对业务提出的需求提供财务解决建议，洞察财务可优化的流程制度，洞察日常业务降本增效的潜在的机会。
7.上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting, with a solid knowledge financial field.
2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis role. Strong data analysis skills, sensitive to data and strong sense of responsibility.
3.Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.

1.本科及以上学历，中级会计职称佳，财务会计相关专业，具备良好的财务专业知识。
2.至少3年以上企业成本岗或者财务分析工作经验，具备较强的数据分析的能力，较强的数字敏感度，细致严谨，工作责任心强。
3.良好的沟通能力、团队协助能力、跨部门合作能力。
