DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
For NPI projects (new developed projects)
负责 NPI 项目（新开发项目）
2.to align with customer for quality requirements, including test plan, cosmetic standard, dimension spec, function, etc. And transfer customer requirements to internal operation. 
与客户的质量要求保持一致，包括测试计划、外观标准、尺寸规格、功能等。并将客户要求转达给内部操作人员。
3.to drive PPAP documents/NPI readiness collection, including Drawing, Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, MIP, SOP, SIP, MIL, Yield report, etc. Based on these, evaluate if project can go to mass production in the standpoint of quality, and to escalate if there is any risk.
推动 PPAP 文件/NPI 准备收集，包括图纸、流程图、FMEA、控制计划、MIP、SOP、SIP、MIL、良率报告等。在此基础上，从质量角度评估项目是否可以投入量产，并在出现风险时上报。
4.To lead Yield rate improvement
引导良品率的提高

For Mass production projects
量产项目
4.to check the quality performance daily and master it’s within the KPIs.
每天检查质量绩效，并掌握其是否在 KPI 范围内。
5.to deal with any quality incidents on site, work with PD/ME for the cause analysis and corrective actions.
处理现场发生的任何质量事故，与 PD/ME 合作分析原因并采取纠正措施。
6.To lead scrap cost improvement
领导废料成本改进工作
7.to take continuous improvement actions to reduce scrap/reworking, and work with QC for process audit and drive improvement/correction.
采取持续改进措施，减少废品/返工，与品管部合作进行流程审核，推动改进/纠正。
8.to deal with customer claims and 8D report for problem analysis and solving.
处理客户索赔和 8D 报告，以分析和解决问题。

REQUIRED
1.At least 5 years quality working experience, new project experience is preferred;
至少 5 年质量工作经验，有新项目经验者优先；
2.Basic quality knowledge and skills/tools is a must, such like Control Plan, MSA, FMEA, SPC, GR&R, DOE, etc.
必须具备基本的质量知识和技能/工具，如控制计划、MSA、FMEA、SPC、GR&R、DOE 等。
3.Good English in reading/writing/listening/speaking;
良好的英语读/写/听/说能力；
4.Good report skills in PPT and 8D;
良好的 PPT 和 8D 报告技能
5.Good communication and negotiation skills with internal and external
良好的内外部沟通和谈判技巧
