1. Set up a system to monitor the day to day operation, including, production plan and scheduling, monitor production progress, organize and coordinate production resources, daily system input and ensure the completion according to schedule.
2. Flexibly adjust the number of workers or flexible working hours based on order volume. Set up KPI for all production sectors.
3. According to production needs, prepare a procurement and supply plan for materials, and implement it seriously, and promptly contact and solve production shortages of materials.
4. Continuously improve all aspects of production, such as process, technology, fixtures, work flow, and quality. If any problems are found, they should be promptly resolved and dealt with, and major issues should be reported directly to the general manager.
5. Responsible for formulating and implementing production capacity, consumable materials, and labor discipline;
6. Responsible for carrying out health and safety workplace, production and on-site management, labor protection, and environmental protection, and providing monthly reports to the headquarters
7. Produce high-quality products upon company's quality requirements. Assist Quality manager to liaise UK Quality team
8. Develop training plans for each employee, including on-the-job training and process training, and keep training records
9. Maintain regular third parties audit material and records.
10. Assist Country Manager to set up Engineer department to assist UK R&D function, including sampling, process, drawing, tooling, new products sign-off procedure etc.
