Responsibilities:
1. Take initiative to assure quality performance.
2. Drive continuous improvement in quality related field.
3. Support NPD, engage in all advanced product quality planning procedures to ensure high product quality in mass production. Lead new product and projects launch to support growth.
4. Production quality control and assurance: Process execution conformance, visualize the abnormal, lead the trouble shootings in systematic way, track all action plans
5. Engineering process management: Monitor the manufacturing process, continuously improve the process and procedure.
6. Other tasks from superiors.
Desired Knowledge & experience:
1. University bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering background or related.
2. 5+ years working experience, 3+ years working experience for home appliance. Heating appliance working experience preferred.
3. Good understand for quality system, ISO9001, IEC60335-1, IEC 60335-2-15.
4. Strong problem-solving capability.
5. Strong understanding of processing requirements related to: machining, forming, heat treating, plating etc. 
6. Good language skills in both Chinese and English. Result-oriented, strong communication and presentation skill.
7. Be proficient in quality tools. FMEA, Control plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
8. Familiar with MS-office; ERP (SAP is preferred), Minitab.

3．	跟进新产品,参与所有产品前期质量计划程序,确保批量生产的高质量。领导新产品和项目启动支持公司增长
4．	生产质量控制和保证:确保流程一致性、可视化异常, 采用系统性的方法引导及解决问题,跟踪行动计划
5．	工程过程管理: 监控生产过程, 不断改进工艺及程序过程。
6．	从上级其他任务
要求：
1.	大学本科或以上学历,机械工程或相关背景。
2.	5年以上工作经验,3年以上相关家电工作经验。电热类产品相关工作经验尤佳。
3.	掌握质量体系ISO9001,IEC60335-1, 60335-2-15。
4.	解决问题能力强。
5.	强大的处理相关需求的能力:加工、成型、热处理、电镀等。
6.	良好的中英文表达能力。以结果为导向的,良好的沟通和演示技巧。
7.	精通质量工具。FMEA、CP、MSA、SPC、PPAP。
8.	熟悉运用通用;ERP(SAP者优先),Minitab。
