1) skillful at listening/ speaking/ reading/ writing English and procedure of international trade;
2) Experienced in sucessfully developing new oversea client;
3) Expert in formulating and implementing the oversea marketing and sales programs, familiar with ultilization of marketing strategy;
4) Capable of building up and managing sales team size of 5~6 members,  good leadership and team work spirit;
5) Excellent commnunication and negotiation skill, as well as influence;
6) Possess some potential market resources would be perfect. 
7) 资历稍逊者，如果感兴趣，而且有信心，可选择以外贸主管为起点，通过努力，往外贸经理方向晋升发展。
