（主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
1.Place, maintain, and adjust purchase orders based on customer demand and sales forecast.
根据客户需求及销售预测下达、维护及调整采购订单。
2.Follow up on order confirmations, delivery commitments, and purchase-order accuracy with plants.
跟进工厂订单确认、交货承诺及采购订单准确性。
3.Monitor plant delivery commitments, past-due and delayed orders. Follow up on recovery plans and drive the best possible delivery schedule to support customer requirements.
监控工厂交货承诺、逾期及延迟订单，并跟进恢复计划，推动***交付安排以满足客户需求。
4.Monitor inventory, goods in transit, and aging stock. Follow up with CSA on collection plans and inventory risks.
监控库存、在途库存及老化库存，并跟进CSA提货计划及库存风险。
5.Communicate regularly with plant planners on lead times, capacity constraints, material shortages, and delivery risks. Escalate significant risks when required.
与工厂计划员定期沟通交期、产能限制、缺料及交付风险，并在需要时升级处理重大风险。
6.Act as the key liaison between plants and CSA. Coordinate and follow up on plant-related enquiries, delivery issues, product information, and operational requirements.
作为工厂与CSA之间的主要联络窗口，协调及跟进工厂相关查询、交付问题、产品资料及营运需求。
7.Coordinate with plants and relevant teams to resolve shipment discrepancies, missing shipments, delivery exceptions, and quality-related issues.
与工厂及相关团队协调处理出货差异、货物遗失、交付异常及品质相关问题。

岗位要求：
1.全日制大专以上学历，三年以上供应链、计划、客户服务或物流相关工作经验；具电子行业经验者优先。
2.具备ERP/MRP系统、库存管理及订单履行流程相关知识。
3.具备良好的沟通、协调及跟进能力。
4.具备良好的英语书写及口语能力。
5.熟练使用 Microsoft Excel，包括 VLOOKUP、Pivot Table 及数据分析功能。
