Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Take active roles in providing technical support and feasibility studies for new product launch;
Actively involved in line set up, layout planning and workers’ training plan;
Continue improvement on output and efficiency;
Responsible for the day to day operations of the plant which includes production, industrial engineering, injection, supply chain and Human Resources and administration; 
Review and improve operational management for all levels in the plant to achieve effectiveness and efficiency;
Ensure a smooth plant operation that complies with internal policies and customer requirements;
Trouble shooting, problem solving, process improvement, automation, product testing, etc.;
Participate in factory renovation and refurbishment;
Able to deal with and achieve customers’ requirements;
Provide support to other departments in customers audit and enquiry;
Handle ad hoc assignments as require.

Job Requirements
University graduate in Production Management / Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering or related discipline;
A minimum of 10 years working experience of which at least 5 years in managing a sizeable PRC factory and managing people; Experience in household electrical appliance is an advantage;
Fast pace, flexible mindset, willing to learn;
Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Strong problem solving, influencing skills, communication and people management skills;
Preferred to have knowledge and experience in LEAN manufacturing;
Strong knowledge in automation, fixture and equipment  
Strong quality mindset;
Station in PRC Dongguan plant is required.
