Quality Management:

Implement quality control plans, conduct inspections, and analyze test data to ensure compliance with standards.
Lead root cause analysis for customer complaints and drive corrective actions (e.g., 8D reports).
Monitor supplier quality performance and coordinate with SQE for cost recovery due to supplier-related issues.
Process Improvement:
Revise control plans and update documentation to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Organize cross-functional teams to tackle chronic quality problems (e.g., "troubleshooting" projects).
Communication & Compliance:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, sales, and production teams; may require on-site support at customer locations.
Ensure adherence to related regulations for radiator or liquid cooling industries and manage audit findings‌.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ CQE) preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in PQE/CQE/SQE roles, preferably in manufacturing.
Skills:
Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA) and statistical analysis.
Strong English communication (written/spoken) for global client interactions.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
