工程塑料研发工程师 岗位职责: 1.开展改性塑料新产品及新配方的开发、试验，满足客户及市场需求。 2.制作新产品相关的技术、工艺指导文件及检验标准， 3.对产品进行优化，不断改善产品性能，提升产品性价比。 4.对生产中存在的工艺技术问题进行分析并提供改善意见。 5.收集国内外技术资料、发展趋势、产品动向，为技术决策提供参考。 任职资格: 1.本科及以上学历，高分子材料或化工相关专业 2.有工程塑料PC，PCABS，PC+纤，加硬PC等材料五年以上研发经验:熟悉材料特性及市场: 3.掌握工程塑料改性研发方法，有较好的理论基础和技术经验: 4.精通PC、PC/ABS、ABS等各种非结晶材料。

Main Tasks: 1. Contribute to a culture of innovation by open discussion, generating novel concepts and enhancements for materials, by identifying relevant trends, and translating these into internal innovation proposals. 2.
