MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED (主要工作内容、岗位职责）: 1.Develops test plans to fulfill a test request 2.Develops test methods/procedures/fixtures as needed to meet specific requests 3.Performs sample preparation, measurements, and testing 4.Analyzes, interprets, performs statistical analysis (as needed) and graphs/charts collected data 5.Writes test reports to document and communicate test data, results, and conclusions 6.Coordinates, through laboratory technicians, the completion of test requests 7.Coordinates and performs (when necessary) failure analysis 8.Trains others in the use of appropriate test equipment 9.Serves as a member of the laboratory team to improve the efficiency, quality, and reliability of the laboratory and its work 10.Assists in the development of laboratory methods, procedures, and systems to improve laboratory productivity and when applicable to comply with ISO and other applicable requirements 11.Maintains an awareness of new technology and competitor’s technology via appropriate media (e.g. literature, patents, and trade shows) 12.Performs other tasks at the request of Lab Management EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训: College or Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical or Electronic engineering or related 机械或电子等相关专业本科以上学历, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识: 1.At least 2 years of applicable experience such as work in a test or quality laboratory or product / process engineer with connector knowledge. 至少两年以上的实验室工作经验 或熟悉连接器相关知识. 2.Good skills in Minitab and Microsoft office software (such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint etc.) 熟练使用Minitab等数据分析软件及微软办公 软件 (如Excel, Word, Powerpoint等) 3.Good English skill in reading and writing (CET-4) 良好的英文读写能力，大学英语4级或以上. 烧录测试技术员 （专业对口，无需经验） 要求: 大专以上学历有程序烧录经验优先计算机软件&电气专业[重点) python和Linux有一定的基础;能够编写简单的测试脚本 岗位职责: 1.负责项目的参数正确配置和功能测试2.负责机器人烧录过程中异常分析及处理，拉通其他部 3.新机型的导产跟进; 任职要求： （大专本科生24届25届可以无任何经验，专业对口，熟悉Linux熟悉基础命令） 薪资：8000-8500元/月（按照33元/小时计算，吃苦耐劳，学习能力强，服从领导的安排做事。车间情况：没有空调，有点热。工期3个月左右，其它全是优点，包吃住，每月10号发上月薪资，保险70元/月，依法纳税） 薪资测算：26天*10小时*33元/小时=8580元（需要做满工期3个月）

岗位职责： 1、负责电子产品的测试方案设计与实施，确保测试流程符合行业标准 2、操作和维护实验室测试设备，定期进行设备校准与保养 3、分析测试数据，编写测试报告并提出改进建议 4、协助研发团队解决产品测试过程中的技术问题 5、参与测试方法的优化和新测试技术的开发应用 任职要求： 1、专业背景不限，电子工程或相关专业优先考虑 2、工作经验不限，有电子测试经验者优先录用 3、学历要求不限，具备基本电子知识即可 4、能够独立完成测试任务并保证数据准确性 5、具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力

1、大专及以上学历，机电工程等相关专业优先; 2、具备一年及以上实验室测试、设计验证(DV)测试相关工作经验，有整车厂或汽车零部件企业 DV 测试经验者优先; 3、能够独立完成各类实验测试工作，并规范整理、输出完整实验报告; 4、工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调、组织统筹及执行能力。
