职责描述：

1. Proactive Customer Relationship Management

 - Frist point of contact for sales & customers

 - Primary supply chain interface to sales & customers

 - Customer business issues

 - Customer visits, meetings, conference calls.

 - Relationship development

 - Customer Advocacy/Problem Resolution 

2. Initiate customer escalations

 - Understanding of Customer business processes

 - Initiate communication of supply chain disruption and coordinate effective resolutions

 - Proactive review customer forecasts
