About the Role
We are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer or compliance professional to act as the Legal Representative of our China entity. This role is ideal for someone with solid legal knowledge, strong risk control awareness, and experience working with foreign-invested companies.
Key Responsibilities
Legal ｕ００２６ Compliance
•	Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
•	Provide legal opinions on business operations, licensing, and regulatory matters
•	Manage corporate filings, licence updates, and compliance documentation
•	Monitor legal risks and propose preventive solutions
•	Communicate with government departments, legal firms, and authorities
•	Support dispute resolution if needed
Legal Representative Duties
•	Serve as the officially registered Legal Representative of the company
•	Sign statutory documents and attend mandatory filings
•	Represent the company at banks, tax bureaus, and market supervision authorities
•	Ensure that the company maintains full compliance with PRC laws
•	Oversee annual audit, annual reporting, and corporate governance activities
Requirements
•	Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Compliance, or related fields
•	3＋ years of corporate legal or compliance experience
•	Strong understanding of PRC company law and regulatory requirements
•	Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable taking statutory responsibilities
•	Strong communication and documentation skills
•	Experience working with foreign-funded enterprises is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
•	PRC lawyer qualification certificate ／ corporate legal counsel certificate
•	Experience handling WFOE set-up or corporate compliance
•	Background in cross-border e-commerce, FMCG, or international trade
