职位描述：

一、Manufacturing Engineer（工艺工程师）

Responsibility（职责）:
  
1.	Review and approve PCBA design documents in NPI and Pilot phase.（审核和批准新产品导入和试点阶段的PCBA设计文件）
2.	Work with PCBA supplier to improve existing PCBA for mass production（与PCBA供应商合作，改进现有的PCBA以实现大批量生产）
3.	Implement systematical problem solving approach to find root cause and make correction plan for equipment/PCB issues. （实施系统的问题解决方法，找出问题的根源，并对设备/PCB问题制定整改计划）
4.	Be responsible for statistical process control, yield and scrap cost tracking（负责统计过程控制，良率和报废成本跟踪）.
5.	Production data analysis and report generation（生产数据分析和报表生成）

Requirement（要求）:
  
1.	Fresh university graduate or 1-3 years of experience in engineering for electronics /semiconductors products.（应届大学毕业生或有1-3年电子/半导体产品工程经验、{实习/实践经验}）
2.	Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electronics or relevant) field（工程(电子或相关)专业本科以上学历、{硕士为主}）
3.	Strong analysis, problem solving and creative thinking skills（较强的分析、解决问题和创造性思维能）

5.	Good spoken and written English, and application of office software  Team spirit, collaborative, good communication skills（良好的英语口语和书写能力，熟练使用办公软件，具有团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力）
