职位描述：

岗位职责：
1.设计和开发用于检测和检测的机器视觉系统原型。
Design and prototype machine vision systems for inspection and detection
2.利用深度学习模型实现和优化物体检测算法。
Implementing and optimizing object detection algorithms using deep learning models.
3.与跨职能团队合作，将视觉系统集成到制造过程中。
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vision systems into manufacturing processes
4.进行现场测试并对视觉系统进行迭代改进。
Conduct testing and iterative improvements of vision systems on-site.
5.利用协作机器人配合相机实现视觉引导和其他目标检测功能。
Using collaborative robots with cameras for visual guidance and other target detection functions.



任职资格：
1.精通Python/C++至少一种编程语言和常用的图像处理算法如Opencv/Halcon。
Proficient in at least one programming language Python/C++ and common image processing algorithms such as Opencv/Halcon.
2.熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch等机器学习框架，了解基于CNN和Transformer架构的模型，了解并且使用过如YOLO或者Faster-RCNN模型进行训练并且进行目标检测。
Familiar with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, models based on CNN and Transformer architectures, understand and have used models such as YOLO or Faster-RCNN for training and object detection.
3.了解计算机视觉原理和硬件集成、常见的相机品牌和参数及了解常见的光源和打光方式，可以对视觉检测系统进行原理分析和设计。
Understanding of computer vision principles and hardware integration, common camera brands and parameters, and common light sources and lighting methods allows for principle analysis and design of vision inspection systems.
4.了解Linux、Ubuntu和ROS2系统，可以对协作机器人系统进行运行环境的创建和部署。
Knowledge of Linux and Ubuntu, knowledge of the ROS2 system, and the ability to create and deploy runtime environments for collaborative robotics systems.
5.优秀的问题解决能力，注重细节，具备团队合作精神，可以通过学习跟进知识并且运用到实际中。
Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, team player who can follow up on knowledge and apply it through learning.
6.愿意在深圳现场工作，具备英语口语能力。
Willing to work on-site in Shenzhen with English speaking skills.
7.具有相关视觉方向赛事奖项或者发表过视觉方向论文优先。
Prior awards or publications in the field of vision are preferred.
7.应届毕业生或1-2年工作经验均可。
Fresh graduates, 1-2 year working experience.
