职位描述：

Overview:
1)Follow up the new project and build the quality control documents (CP , PPAP , PV testing report etc.), build the specification for cosmetic and function, build the boundary samples before mass production;
2)Follow up with customer complaints for prototype and mass production, work with team to define the root cause and corrective action , then complete the 8D report to customer and close the QN in SAP system; 
3) Provide the quality control data to NPD team for improvement in NPI station; 
4)Lead quality improvement projects (Lean projects) for repeat / critical quality problems; 5) Review and follow up the internal quality system audit.
 
Responsibilities:
1.Validate and set up quality control process for new products.
2.Handling quality issues daily from different process or products.
3.Handle quality complains from external customers, assemble internal team to analyze the issue and find solution per 8D process, then feedback to customer to close complains timely.
4.Provide coaching and trainings about company quality policy and specs, and key customers’ mechanical specs
5.Analyze quality status of key products, filter top issues, and drive quality improvement of related internal process.
6.Other works assigned by manager.

Requirements: 
1. Bachelor of Material/Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering.
2. Minimum 12 years' working experience in quality area on basic processes, like stamping, die casting, plating, turning, powdercoating, etc
3. Very good knowledge and practice of measuring methodology, apparatus and gage.
4. Certified quality engineer or related certificates. ISO9000, ISO/TS16949 quality system related. APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, DOE, problem solving skills.
5. Good English skill in speaking, reading and writing.	
6. Good supervising and communication skill.
