JD: 
1. More than 4 years of experience in Injection mold design and over 5 years of experience in project follow-up;
2. Familiar with injection mold structure and plastic products molding processes;
3. Strong communication and expression skills, with high execution ability and a strong sense of responsibility;
4. Proficient in English as a working language.

Core Responsibilities:
1. weekly update report and photos
2. Prepare customer and local materials for test ahead of T0 tool test. Contact customer to find out how many samples are needed.Maintain Matrial Consumption record
3. Conduct tool test using documents and work instructions
4. Arrange to send samples to customer and samples for measurement report (if needed)
5. Complete tooling action report and send to customer, design department and manufacturing department
6. Update tooling action report with any customer comments and distribute to design and manufacturing departments 
7. Liaise with manufacturing  and agree next tool test date. Inform customer of the test date
8. Conduct tool test using documents and work instructions
9. Check all actions are complete, update the tooling action form and send samples and tooling action report to customer
10. Shipment preparations，including tool check and maintain docs relevant to traceability, etc.
11. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our team. The role focuses on selling injection mould tools to international customers, managing enquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting customers from RFQ through to order placement.
This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, as daily communication with overseas customers is essential.
Key Responsibilities
•	Actively generate new sales leads through online research, networking, cold outreach, and other proactive methods
•	Develop new customer relationships and expand FFT’s customer base
•	Handle customer enquiries and RFQs for injection mould tools
•	Communicate with international customers by email, phone, and online meetings
•	Prepare and follow up quotations in cooperation with engineering and tooling teams
•	Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly internally
•	Manage customer relationships from first contact through order placement
•	Support ongoing projects and assist with commercial discussions
•	Maintain regular contact with customers to identify repeat and new business opportunities
Requirements
•	Very good spoken and written English (mandatory)
•	Ability to read and understand technical information and drawings
•	Experience in sales related to injection moulding, tooling, plastics, or manufacturing is strongly preferred
•	Proven ability or strong motivation to develop new business and generate leads
•	Good communication and negotiation skills
•	Well organised, proactive, and customer focused
•	Comfortable working with international customers and time zones
•	Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
Salary & Benefits
•	Salary: RMB 10,000 – RMB 15,000 per month (depending on experience)
