Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our team. The role focuses on selling injection mould tools to international customers, managing enquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting customers from RFQ through to order placement.
This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, as daily communication with overseas customers is essential.
Key Responsibilities
•	Actively generate new sales leads through online research, networking, cold outreach, and other proactive methods
•	Develop new customer relationships and expand FFT’s customer base
•	Handle customer enquiries and RFQs for injection mould tools
•	Communicate with international customers by email, phone, and online meetings
•	Prepare and follow up quotations in cooperation with engineering and tooling teams
•	Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly internally
•	Manage customer relationships from first contact through order placement
•	Support ongoing projects and assist with commercial discussions
•	Maintain regular contact with customers to identify repeat and new business opportunities
Requirements
•	Very good spoken and written English (mandatory)
•	Ability to read and understand technical information and drawings
•	Experience in sales related to injection moulding, tooling, plastics, or manufacturing is strongly preferred
•	Proven ability or strong motivation to develop new business and generate leads
•	Good communication and negotiation skills
•	Well organised, proactive, and customer focused
•	Comfortable working with international customers and time zones
•	Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
Salary & Benefits
•	Salary: RMB 10,000 – RMB 15,000 per month (depending on experience)
•	Commission: Attractive sales commission structure in addition to base salary

Senior Tooling Quotation Engineer
Location: Dongguan, China
FFT is a British-owned plastic injection mould toolmaker supplying customers in the UK, Europe and North America. We are looking for an experienced Tooling Quotation Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities工作职责

Review customer RFQs, drawings and 3D CAD data.审核客户询价单，图纸，和3D图
Prepare quotations for plastic injection mould tooling.制作塑胶模具报价单
Assess tooling requirements including tool size, steel selection, actions, lifters, hot runners and mould complexity.评估模具尺寸，钢料选择，动作，顶出，热流道和模具复杂度
Estimate manufacturing hours and purchased component costs.评估模具制作工时和外购原件成本
Liaise with design and manufacturing departments to ensure accurate quotations.与设计和生产部沟通确保准确报价
Respond to technical queries relating to quotations. 回应与报价相关的技术咨询。

Requirements职位要求

Minimum 3~5 years' experience in plastic injection mould tooling.至少从事塑胶模具行业3~5年
Strong understanding of mould design and mould manufacturing processes.对塑胶模具设计和生产过程深入了解
Ability to read engineering drawings and CAD models.能读工程图纸和CAD模型
Good Excel and computer skills.精通EXCEL和电脑操作
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.积极主动，注重细节

Preferred优先

Experience quoting tools for export customers.有为海外客户报价塑胶模具经验
English speaking ability would be an advantage, as many customers and managers are overseas.因海外客户居多，英语能力是加分项
