the shanghai international banking and finance institute (sibfi) is one of the leading sino-foreign international bank training and advisory institutes in china licensed by the shanghai municipal education commission. shareholders of sibfi are frankfurt school of finance & management, shanghai university of finance and economics, international finance corporation (ifc) and german investment and development company (deg). <br><br>frankfurt school of finance & management’s international advisory service has provided technical assistance and training to banks and microfinance institutions world-wide for more than 15 years. among our main clients are ifc, ebrd, kfw, gtz, world bank, and adb as well as commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions.<br><br>for upcoming projects with frankfurt school in china, we are looking for <br><br>高级微型金融专家 senior microfinance experts<br><br>with experience in some of the following areas:<br><br>professional experience:<br><br>-    successful track record in guiding and implementing transformation processes in mfis and/or downscaling processes in banks<br>-    knowledge of establishing business and strategic plans<br>-    strong experience in providing consultancy in product development (incl. deposit products), treasury and financial management, institutional development, internal audit and legal structure <br>-    experience in conducting due diligences for mfi′s and banks<br>-    knowledge of developing and implementing policies and procedures<br>-    proven track record in credit risk management, such as (bad) loan portfolio and delinquency management, development of mitigation strategies etc.<br>-    experience in training, advising and coaching of staff of all levels<br><br>personal profile:<br><br>-    minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a large and successful regulated microfinance institution or commercial bank in asia<br>-    university degree in finance, banking or economics<br>-    fluency in english and mandarin<br>-    strong intercultural, communication, analytical and writing skills<br>-    flexibility with regards to other short-term assignments<br><br>if you are looking for new professional challenges that combine innovation with creativity and want to be part of a multicultural team of highly committed staff who wants to make a difference in microfinance in china, please send your cv with your motivation letter
