Job Descriptions:

Understand and meet customer expectations according to customer and internal metrics and contractual obligations.
Establish long-term strategies for customers in concurrence with internal objectives.
Assist and handle customer’s enquiries through email, phone, online presentations and in person meetings
Keep current customers satisfied and maintain close partnership with them
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
Forecast and track key account metrics
Work with Sales team to onboard and integrate new markets and develop existing customer bases
Liaise between customers and internal teams
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
At least 3 years sales experience in industrial field
Knowledge of cable industry will be a plus
Self-motivated and proactive, able to influence decision makers at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative team player
Fluent in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin
Willing to visit customer in China and travel Overseas
