Analyze and evaluate new sampling requirements to ensure process feasibility and accuracy; Follow up the sampling related work, effectively support the department head to achieve the company target.
分析和评估新的采样需求，确保生产工艺可行性和准确性；跟进采样相关工作，有效支持部门主管工作，完成公司目标。

岗位职责：
•	Following up on all sampling and setup between PD and PE.
跟进所有PD和PE之间的采样及 Set up。
•	Inquire and coordinate issues between PD/PE and the production team.
查询处理 协调PD/PE/生产团队之间的问题 。
•	Analyze and evaluate new sampling requirements to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of the production process.
针对新的采样需求，进行分析和评估；确保生产工艺 可行性和准确性。
•	Assist the supervisor in managing the daily operations and on-site management of the product engineering department.
协助主管管理好产品工程部门日常运作及现场管理。
•	Supervise the quality work and progress of the department and make reasonable allocation.
监督本部门品质工作及工作进度达成状况；并进行合理分配。
•	Handle exceptions in a timely manner and communicate promptly with the Hong Kong PD department.
及时处理异常情况并及时与港PD部门沟通。
•	Conduct product drafting and development work to ensure the smooth progress of drafting and production specifications.
做好产品打稿研讨开发工作确保打稿及生产规格表顺利进行。
•	Communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure the timely completion of sampling.
与相关部门进行有效的协商及沟通，确保采样准时完成。
•	 Assist the supervisor in training new staff.
协助主管做好对新员的培训工作。
•	To complete other assignments arranged by superior.
完成主管交付的其它工作任务。

岗位要求：
•	Junior College or above education level
大专或以上学历, 
•	More than five years of relevant work experience, familiar with process flow, process control, and the performance of various departmental machinery, with rich experience and strong technical understanding in printing production process and process control.
五年以上相关工作经验,熟悉工艺流程、制程控制及各部门的机器性能，对印刷生产工艺 ，制程控制有着较丰富的经验和较强的技术认知。
•	Familiar with paper printing processes and has a basic understanding
熟悉纸品印刷工艺流程，具备色彩管理基础知识。
•	Execute goals, priorities, and plans set by management, and closely track to ensure project success.
执行管理层设定的目标，优先级，计划，并进行紧密跟踪以确保项目成功。 
•	Communication skills: accurately convey sample requirements and standards, communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure sample quality and delivery rate.
沟通能力：准确传达样品的要求和标准，与相关部门进行有效沟通，确保样品质量及交付率。
•	Team work: willing to share experience and knowledge, and work closely with team members to complete the delivered tasks.
团队合作：乐于分享经验和知识，与团队成员密切配合，共同完成交付的任务。
