Responsibilities
1.	R&D Strategy & Planning 研发战略与规划：
Formulate mid-to-long term strategic plans, annual R&D plans and budgets for printed label & RFID labels R&D based on corporate business objectives, global market demand and industry trends. Define R&D directions, key tasks and implementation milestones to ensure R&D aligns with company development and group strategy.
结合公司业务目标、全球市场需求及行业趋势，制定印刷标签、RFID 智能标签研发中长期战略规划、年度研发计划及预算，明确研发方向、核心任务及落地节点，确保研发工作贴合公司发展及集团战略。
2.	New Product & New Project R&D Oversight 新产品/新项目统筹研发：
Lead the full-cycle management of research, project initiation, design, development and commercialization of new products, technologies and processes for printed labels & RFID labels. Establish R&D standards and procedures, assign tasks to team members, track progress, control quality and cost, and ensure on-time delivery and commercialization of R&D projects.
牵头印刷标签， RFID标签新产品、新技术、新工艺的调研、立项、设计、研发及落地全流程管理，制定研发标准及流程，统筹研发项目成员分工，跟踪项目进度、把控研发质量、控制研发成本，确保研发项目按时落地并实现商业化转化。
3.	Cross-departmental & Global Collaboration 跨部门与全球协同：
Act as the core coordinator of R&D, collaborates with production, sales, quality, procurement, supply chain and other departments to promote efficient integration of R&D outcomes with production and market, and resolve key cross-departmental issues. Communicate regularly with project managers at the US headquarters in fluent English, report R&D strategies and project progress, align global R&D resources, standards and requirements to ensure alignment with group strategy.
作为研发工作的核心串联者，统筹协调生产、销售、质量、采购、供应链等各部门，推动研发成果与生产、市场的高效衔接，解决跨部门协作中的核心矛盾；凭借流利的英文能力，与美国总部集团项目经理常态化沟通，汇报研发战略、项目进展，对接全球研发资源、标准及需求，确保研发工作与集团同频。
4.	R&D Team & System Development 研发团队与体系搭建：
Although without direct subordinates, lead the coordination, task allocation and capability development of R&D project members, and establish an efficient R&D collaboration mechanism. Improve and optimize R&D management systems, technical standards, testing systems and documentation systems for printed labels to enhance R&D efficiency and standardization.
虽无直接下属，但负责牵头研发项目成员的统筹管理、工作分配及能力培养，搭建高效的研发协作机制；建立健全印刷标签研发管理制度、技术标准、测试体系及文档体系，提升研发效率及规范化水平。
5.	Technological Innovation & Competitiveness Enhancement 技术创新与竞争力提升：
Track cutting-edge technologies, competitor movements and market demand in the printed label & RFID labels industry, drive technological innovation and optimization of existing products and processes. Collect and analyze R&D data to continuously improve market competitiveness and commercial value. Resolve key technical challenges in R&D.
跟踪印刷标签, RFID标签行业前沿技术、竞争对手动态及市场需求变化，推动技术创新及现有产品、工艺的优化升级；收集研发相关数据，进行复盘分析，持续提升研发成果的市场竞争力和商业化价值；处理研发过程中的核心技术难题。

Requirements
1.	Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Printing Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree is preferred.
教育背景：本科及以上学历，印刷工程、包装工程、材料科学与工程等相关专业，硕士学历优先。
2.	Industry Experience: 5–8+ years of relevant R&D management experience in printed labels & RFID labels, packaging and printing industries; with complete experience in new product R&D implementation and project oversight. Familiar with technical trends, market demand and production processes in the printed label industry, candidates with experience in R&D liaison in multinational enterprises are preferred.
行业经验：5-8年及以上印刷标签、RFID标签、包装印刷相关研发管理工作经验，具备完整的新产品研发落地及项目统筹经验；熟悉印刷标签行业技术趋势、市场需求及生产工艺，有跨国企业研发对接经验者优先。
3.	Knowledge & Technical Skills 知识技能：
Master core R&D technologies for printed labels, raw material characteristics, product testing standards and R&D management processes; possess strong capabilities in strategic planning, data analysis and problem-solving, and be able to establish R&D management systems and mechanisms; proficient in using R&D-related office software and design tools.
精通印刷标签研发核心技术、原材料特性、产品测试标准及研发管理流程；具备较强的战略规划、数据分析及问题解决能力，能搭建研发管理制度及体系；熟练使用研发相关办公软件及设计工具。
4.	Language Skills 语言能力：
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English; able to communicate R&D strategies and project details with project managers at the US headquarters without barriers, independently handle English R&D documents and participate in global R&D meetings.
英文听说读写流利，能无障碍与美国总部集团项目经理沟通研发战略、项目细节，独立处理英文研发文档、参与全球研发会议。
5.	Other Skills 其他能力：
Possess excellent overall coordination and team leadership capabilities, able to lead R&D project members to collaborate efficiently; have a strong sense of cost control and be able to allocate R&D resources reasonably; work rigorously and meticulously, focus on detail control and result review, and promote the continuous optimization of R&D work.
具备优秀的统筹协调及团队引领能力，能牵头研发项目成员高效协作；具备较强的成本控制意识，能合理分配研发资源；工作严谨细致，注重细节把控及成果复盘，推动研发工作持续优化。
